Thomas F. Ralabate

Mr. Ralabate was born in Buffalo, New York.  He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Niagara University and his Juris Doctorate from Florida Coastal School of Law.  Mr. Ralabate was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2000.  Mr. Ralabate concentrates his practice on real property with an emphasis on real estate transactional matters, title insurance law and lender representation.  His experiences in these areas include matters relating to both commercial and residential real estate transactions.  Mr. Ralabate represents corporate clients, small closely held businesses and individual clients engaged in the acquisition, development, sale and finance of commercial real estate projects as well as buyers, sellers and lenders in residential real estate transactions.  Mr. Ralabate also represents clients in commercial and residential landlord/tenant relations, and handles any related dispute resolution and/or litigation thereof.  Mr. Ralabate’s prior experience includes working with Chicago Title Insurance Company, a national title insurance underwriter, Watson & Osborne, P.A., and DeCubellis & Meeks, P.A.  Mr. Ralabate also participated in the Federal Judicial Intern-clerkship program in the Middle District of Florida, under The Honorable John E.
