

Ms. Bell was born in Panama City Beach, Florida. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration, a Bachelor of Science degree in public relations and a minor in criminology from the University of Florida and her Juris Doctorate degree from Florida Coastal School of Law. Mrs. Bell was a member of the Florida Coastal School of Law Moot Court Team and the Moot Court Honor Board, student director of the Pro Bono Program, a member and treasurer of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity and a teaching assistant for Legal Writing I and II. Mrs. Bell also received the Book Award for Civil Procedure in Fall 2002 and an award for Best Appellant Oral Argument for Legal Writing II in Spring 2003. Mrs. Bell was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2005. Mrs. Bell is a member of the American Bar Association, Jacksonville Bar Association and Jacksonville Women Lawyer’s Association. She is a member of the Intellectual Property Law section of the Jacksonville Bar Association. She focuses on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, business law, contracts and intellectual property law (including trademark and copyright law). Mrs. Bell engages in community service through her involvement as a member of the Rotaract Club of Florida’s First Coast.
