William M. Hammill II

Mr. Hammill was born in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.  He received Bachelor of Science degrees in finance and business administration from the Florida State University and his Juris Doctorate degree from Florida Coastal School of Law.  Mr. Hammill was a member of the Florida Coastal School of Law Law Review and the Chair of the Board of Managers of the Florida Coastal School of Law Mock Trial Team.  Mr. Hammill was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2004.  Mr. Hammill is a member of the American Bar Association and the Jacksonville Bar Association.  Mr. Hammill focuses on corporate law, securities, merger and acquisitions, business law, venture capital and contracts.  Email: William M.
