Julie E. Fox

Mrs. Fox was born in St. Petersburg, Florida.  She received a Bachelor of Science degree, with honors, in civil engineering from the University of Florida and her Juris Doctorate degree, magna cum laude, from the Stetson University.  Mrs. Fox was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1995.  Mrs. Fox is a member of the American Bar Association and the Jacksonville Bar Association.  Mrs. Fox focuses on corporate law, securities, merger and acquisitions, business law and contracts.
